In the context of the VIENNA BIENNALE FOR CHANGE 2021, the exhibition DIGITAL & CIRCULAR: Towards a Circular Society will be presented at the MAK. The main focus is placed on a spectacular research project which was initiated by internationally renowned social ecologist Associate Professor Helmut Haberl (Institute of Social Ecology, BOKU, University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna) and analyses the material stock in Austria with so far unmatched precision. The two design studios EOOS NEXT and Process present the results of this research in a spacious installation to a wide audience. In parallel to this focus project, brain storming took place on which digital approaches will be able to promote the implementation of circular society. Here the results are displayed on nine presentation boards with content and graphic design by Christian Schienerl, graphic designer and book author.
